Chakras are the energy centers within the body. Pronounced "chock- rah" which means wheel. These energy centers are the basis of the human energetic structure and influence our physical and emotional states. Each chakra vibrates at a specific frequency and corresponds to the endocrine system of the body. Reiki is a strong balancing source for the chakras when they become blocked or stagnant, preventing the healthy flow of energy. Crystals used during Reiki Healing will help the healing and energy balancing of the whole chakra system. They will speed up the healing process by placing them at the appropriate color on each area or by intuitive guidance. Chakra tuning forks can also be incorporated into the session
